Nico Paulo

Nico Paulo is a Portuguese/Canadian songwriter, performer, and visual artist. She moved to Canada in 2014 to pursue her career, originally setting down roots in the vibrant Toronto arts community, and eventually moved east to become an essential part of Newfoundland’s celebrated music scene. Paulo’s highly anticipated, self-titled debut LP, which arrived in spring 2023, is a melodically dynamic, heart-baring collection that finds her exploring the interconnected nature of relationships and the flow of time in lush, sophisticated pop arrangements. The album’s textures come courtesy of production by Joshua Van Tassel (Villages, Fortunate Ones) and Tim Baker (Hey Rosetta!).

Jason Verners

Jason Verners is hailed as ‘one of the most promising rising stars in magic today’. He’s an award-winning sleight-of-hand magician from Victoria, BC. Jason was nominated for Canadian Magician of the Year and Canadian Rising Star at the Allan Slaight Awards and was featured on the cover of the largest magic industry publication in the world. Most recently, Jason competed on season nine of Got Talent España and received a standing ovation. Now, Jason is sharing his latest effects during his regular appearances on CHEK’s “The Upside” TV program, along with touring theatres nationally.

MItchell Villa

Mitchell Villa is a self-taught artist residing on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. His process begins months before his brush makes the initial mark on his canvas, with each composition beginning in a singular idea. Rooted in the expression of figurative painting, Villa draws from a variety of art historical movements, including the Rococo and Baroque, to underpin both his aesthetic modalities and conceptual leanings.

The Timebenders

One of the finest, most popular show bands for corporate, casino & festival entertainment in North America. Landa Crockatt

Originally from the Canadian Prairies, born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Landa Crockatt (Houliston) has been working as an artist for over twenty years, primarily working with acrylics and mixed media to create original and custom paintings on canvas. Building on her love of the outdoors, Landa is inspired by the use of texture and colour to bring a sense of boldness and energy to natural surroundings, playing with abstraction and light to create a sculptural quality when painting figures and landscapes alike. Now currently based in Victoria, B.C., Landa has been able to add new inspiration to her body of landscape works from the rugged, foggy west coast of Canada.

His second studio album Motewolonuwok just won the 2024 Polaris Prize this September.

Known for crafting vulnerable songs that reflect on desires, memory, loneliness, and love, Davidson’s Western Canadian Award winning songs are love letters to regular life. His voice has been compared to Bryan Ferry and Roy Orbison, his music to Nick Drake and Jeff Buckley, his heart-wrenching lyricism to Mickey Newbury and Angel Olson. Yet unmistakably, he’s himself. He is currently working on a new album for release in 2025.
