How Much Does it Cost to Visit Nimmo Bay

Booking your Package

The first step is reaching out to us by phone or through our online reservations form. You can tell us a bit about yourself, who you’re travelling with, your interests and intentions for the trip, and potential times of the year you’d like to visit. Our trip-designers will work with you to determine what season suits you best, based on your interests. Then you will select some dates. Your space at Nimmo Bay is officially secured when you book an inclusive package. This inclusive package is the base rate and starting point for your whole Nimmo vacation.

The inclusive packages start at $2,699 CAD per person, per night in 2025. You can choose from a 3-night, 4-night, or 7-night stay. This package covers your accommodations in a private 2-bedroom cabin, as well as three gourmet meals a day, cooked at our world-class floating restaurant, plus house wine, spirits, and beer. How We Personalize Your Trip

Once you have secured your dates with a deposit, our team gets into customization mode. We go above and beyond at this stage of the booking process. We will set up a face-to-face video call to chat about what the intention for your time in the wild is and what you envision for this experience. Is it a romantic getaway for you and your partner? An exciting family vacation? Or an escape with friends focused on rejuvenation and wellness? At this stage, our team will make recommendations for any enhancements we think might suit your trip.

Enhancements are the extra tidbits and utterly unique experiences we’ve created, that you can add on to your vacation. Whether your goal is to see whales and bears or indulge in the culinary feast of your dreams, we have something for everyone. The Coastal Safari is our most popular enhancement with most groups booking at least 1-day on the water. This full-day boating excursion starts at $850 CAD. Take a day to explore the awe-inspiring coastline of the Great Bear Rainforest. You’ll go out with our expert guides, sightseeing, exploring coastal beaches, paddling through remove coves, and enjoy a delightful picnic lunch.

What About Travel?

Travel to and from Nimmo Bay is part of the adventure! Because there are several different ways to get to Nimmo bay, the cost of transfers is not included in your base package with the resort. Our trip-designers are here to help you every step of the way as you choose the best option for your trip.

The resort is surrounded by miles and miles of old growth rainforest and beautiful, lush ocean waters. You’ll be glued to the windows as you fly high in a float plane through the mountains. There’s a new breathtaking view around every corner.

There are three main ways to get to Nimmo Bay. The first and most popular option is the Vancouver to Nimmo Bay flight package. First, you will plan your own travel to Vancouver, British Columbia. From there, the package begins. It includes a 1-hour flight between the Vancouver airport and Port Hardy, followed by a 20-minute scenic float plane flight between Port Hardy and Nimmo Bay. The flight package is $2,099 CAD per person, round trip (2025 rates). The second option is to meet us in Port Hardy and then hop on the float plan to Nimmo Bay. Some guests fly privately to Port Hardy while others take a leisurely road-trip up Vancouver Island to explore the sights along the way. Finally, there’s an option to take a private float plane to the resort from any West Coast destination. Whatever you choose, our team can help put the pieces together.
