We Can’t Wait to Welcome You
Your adventure at Nimmo Bay awaits, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our special haven in the wilderness. This guide will help you prepare for the getaway of a lifetime.
-
Passport
- If you are coming from outside of Canada, please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your stay.
-
Travel Insurance
If you haven’t already done so, please ensure you have travel insurance for the trip. Travel insurance can provide coverage in the case of travel or weather delays, illness, and other unforeseeable circumstances. While our wild location offers some of the best wilderness experiences in the world, the remote and rugged nature of our location is impacted by variable coastal weather patterns which can affect travel. Please feel free to contact Acera insurance to get a quote.

4–8 Months Before Arrival
The Nimmo Bay team will arrange a video call with you or the trip planner to finalize your trip details and to discuss the trip enhancement and transfer options. This will lay a good foundation for our team to best prepare for your stay. However, the day-to-day itinerary will be personally designed for you once you arrive at Nimmo Bay.
