How much does a trip to Nimmo Bay cost?
All experiences at Nimmo Bay are personally curated for our guests. The Nimmo Bay Inclusive Package includes accommodation in a private cabin, all meals and beverages, including a curated selection of beer, wine and spirits, and guided activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, visiting the floating saunas, picnicking in our favourite wilderness locations, snorkelling, hiking in the Great Bear Rainforest and more. All rates are in Canadian dollars.
2025 Inclusive Rates
Accommodation in a forest cabin is included. Waterfront cabins can be guaranteed for $475 CAD per cabin, per night, based on availability.
*Children aged 2–12 receive a 25% discount.

Helicopter Cancellation Policy
Helicopter day trips are pre-booked and cannot be changed at the guest’s request. If a guest is ill or if Mother Nature isn’t agreeing with us, we will do our best to reschedule. Ultimate cancellations and possible refunds are at the discretion of the 3rd party helicopter company. Heli paddle boarding is weather dependent. If specific locations are inaccessible due to localized weather patterns, but the helicopter can still fly and other heli-adventure activities are accessible, a refund will not be applicable. -

Nimmo Bay Transfers
The Nimmo Bay Flight Package is our most popular transfer option and includes a flight from Vancouver to Port Hardy followed by a floatplane flight from Port Hardy to Nimmo Bay.
The cost is $2,099 CAD per person, round trip.
Transfers in and out of Nimmo Bay are not included in packages; however, the Nimmo Bay team is here to assist you with your travel arrangements within British Columbia. We have set arrival and departure times and we ask that you do not make travel arrangements without checking with us first.
There is also the option to book private charters from Vancouver, Victoria, Tofino or Seattle directly to Nimmo Bay and we can provide further information and pricing if this is of interest.
