At Nimmo Bay, nature is all around us and our wellness philosophy is grounded in a deep appreciation and respect for the wild. This year, immerse yourself in Wellness Week, a five-night wellness in the wild experience with teachings from a diverse group of six wellness masters. Learn from those who have spent their lives studying, teaching, and sharing. Whether you’re looking to rest deeply, recharge, gain wisdom, feel nourished, or get inspired, Nimmo Bay is here to help ensure you have access to exactly what you’re seeking.

Wellness Masters


Tina is an advanced Ashtanga, Pranayama, and Jivamukti yoga teacher and is ready to bring her expertise to Nimmo Bay.


Jewel brings her advanced training and diplomate certification in CranioSacral Therapy & Somato-Emotional Release to Wellness Week.


Cory is a specialist in Holistic, Orthopaedic Therapy and Healing Arts. His practice has space for anyone at any stage of their wellness journey.


Lillian is an Acupuncturist who specializes in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is inspired to share this healing modality with everyone during Wellness Week.


Bianca is a lifelong student of the healing arts and her work draws on many forms of holistic bodywork and lineages of teaching.


Tyler is a Professional Breathing Coach and the founder of Breath Control. He will teach you to restore traditional breathing, and find support in your physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural needs.

Each master will host a wisdom class, guiding you through their practice.

In addition, take time to dive deeper with teachings that resonate with you in bookable treatments, giving you the rare opportunity to work one-on-one with the talented wellness masters.

Inclusive 5-Night Rate, Per Person

Inclusions: Double occupancy in cabins, daily housekeeping, access to full resort amenities, all food and beverage, 90 minutes of bodywork, facilitated classes and workshops, daily activities.

Exclusions: Transfers to and from Nimmo Bay, additional body work/treatments from wellness masters, premium wines, gratuity.

Please note that rates are based on double occupancy in our 2 bedroom cabins. We encourage people to book together but if you book as a solo participant, you may be paired with another retreat participant.
