How much does a trip to nimmo bay cost?
All experiences at Nimmo Bay are personally curated for our guests. The Nimmo Bay Inclusive Experience package includes accommodation in a private cabin, all meals and beverages, including house alcohol, and guided activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding, visiting the floating sauna, local bear viewing, picnicking in our favourite wilderness locations, hiking in the Great Bear Rainforest and more.

Explore the magnificent ocean wilderness of coastal British Columbia by boat on this full-day excursion. Search for wildlife such as whales, bears, sea lions and dolphins, marvel at the scenery and enjoy a gourmet picnic in a stunning locale.

This day-long, intentional experience takes guests on an inner adventure. With dedicated forest bathing, guided reflection, meditations and moments of connection, the wellness guides lead guests on a journey through cedar giants. Helicopter adventures offer access to 50,000 square miles of extraordinary wilderness and are customized to the specific desires of each group. Locations may include 10,000-year-old glaciers, old growth forests, remote beaches, waterfalls, pristine lakes, and isolated rivers – the possibilities are truly endless.
Heli Fly-Fishing requires classified waters angling licenses. Prices start at $55 per day
Heli Stand Up Paddle boarding is an additional $1,200 per group, per day for a maximum of 4 paddlers
Heli Mountain Biking is an additional $1,200 per group, per day for a maximum of 4 bikers and requires the larger helicopter to accommodate the Transport Canada approved bike rack.
Helicopter cancellation policy
Helicopter day trips are pre-booked and cannot be changed at the guest’s request. If a guest is ill or if Mother Nature isn’t agreeing with us, we will do our best to reschedule. Ultimate cancellations and possible refunds are at the discretion of the 3rd party helicopter company.
Our elevated activities are weather dependant. If specific locations are inaccessible due to localized weather patterns, but the helicopter can still fly to different locations and other heli-adventure activities are accessible, a refund will not be applicable.
WELLNESS WITHIN THE WILD

This intentional experience is an invitation to open up and dive deep to create a healing shift within. Nimmo Bay’s wellness practitioner will hold space for guests through a combination of body balancing treatments, energetic work and one on one sessions. This package is gracefully woven throughout the stay to turn any Nimmo Bay booking into a personalized wellness retreat.
Romance in the wild
$600 3-DAY I $800 4-DAY, PER couple
Infuse your wilderness getaway with a customized romance package as unique as your love story. Embrace your passion and explore deeper connections with private dining, tailored wilderness excursions designed to ignite sparks, and a curated in-cabin amenity kit. Naturally reconnect in the wild and melt into moments of true connection and romance.
Nimmo Bay Transfers
Transfers in and out of Nimmo Bay are not included in packages, however, the Nimmo Bay team is here to assist you with your travel arrangements from Vancouver onwards. We have set arrival and departure times and we ask that you do not make travel arrangements without checking with us first.
There is also the option to book private charters from Vancouver, Victoria, Tofino or Seattle, direct to Nimmo Bay and we can provide further information and pricing if this is of interest.
