Effective Protocols for Healthy Adventures

October, 2020

Dear valued guests, partners and Nimmo supporters,

On October 4th, we said goodbye to our last guests of the 2020 season. We want to take this opportunity to thank our incredible team for the effort and dedication they showed this year. We are extremely thankful to have such a strong group to walk carefully through this pandemic with, together.

As the world continued to suffer the effects of COVID-19, and international travel restrictions remained in place, we were truly humbled to be able to re-open our doors and host domestic travellers from July to October. We welcomed Canadian guests eager to experience a peaceful, safe and much-needed retreat in the wild. We were blown away by the support we received from our fellow Canadians and we are so glad to have been able to set the stage for lifelong memories and lasting connections between people and nature to be made.

Looking forward to 2021

We are anticipating a safe and exciting 2021 season and plan to re-open our doors to guests once again from mid-June to mid-October.

Some availability remains throughout the season but space is selling out quickly, so please get in touch to secure your trip dates! It’s time to start planning your 2021 adventures.

Covid Cancelation policy

Trips cancelled prior to 90 days from the arrival date due to government imposed COVID-19 travel restrictions will be fully refundable with no cancellation fee. Trips cancelled after 90 days prior to the date are non-refundable.

TAKE COMFORT IN OUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

Nimmo Bay has always been a place where individuals, families and friends can gather and experience wild places, while creating connections with nature and one another. Our team has worked thoughtfully and thoroughly to assemble exhaustive COVID-19 policies and best practices that both follow and exceed industry guidelines and our governing authorities’ public health directives. These protocols meant that we operated safely during our 2020 season and were able to provide our guests the experiences that we are known for while keeping everyone comfortable and healthy.

For more detailed information about our protocols and what to expect during the 2021 season, please ask our reservations team. We are happy to provide more information about the ways we operated safely and the plans we have moving forward.

Sincerely and with warmth,

The Nimmo Bay Team
