Q. How do I add items to buy?
A. You can add items by first going to a department page from the links on the upper left, then click on one of the items listed to see details. From here choose the quantity you want and select the style/size/color from the available choices. Then click add.
This will add these items to your cart.
Q. How do I change the options or quantity of items in my shopping cart?
A. Click on Your Cart to see the current contents of your shopping list. To change a quantity select from the options in the drop-down box, to change the style choose from the available options (please give a moment for the page to refresh with your new selections). To remove an item completely, click "Remove Item"
Q. I’ve found all I want, how do I pay for it?
A. Click on Your Cart to see the current contents of your shopping list. When ready to purchase, choose from the available shipping options, and click "Calculate Tax & Shipping." This will then determine your total cost for the items in your shopping list.
If you are then happy with your total, click "Take Me to the Checkout Form" to be taken to our Secure payment form.
Q. If I have a problem, who do I contact?
A. First, contact our office by email, giving us as much information as possible about your request. During daily business hours, you can call the Store at 1-800-837-4354, but please be aware that we may be busy and may have to call you back. For Returns or problems with shipping, please send an email first with all the relevant information including your order number (included in your email and on your reciept page) and we will try to get an answer back to you as soon as possible.
